Welcome to Dorset’s Green Book Blog.

This blog aims to promote all things green ie natural, organic and environmentally friendly in the Dorset area and to introduce people to a new book for Dorset – ‘Dorset’s Green Book and Directory’, the essential reference guide to environmentally friendly, organic and recycled products, services and projects in Dorset.

Dorset’s Green Book and Directory is now available from local bookshops, farm shops, health food shops, health clinics, other local shops, rural stores, tourist information centres, and online from Amazon.

See separate entry - ‘What is Dorset’s Green Book and Directory’ – for more information about the book.

This blog is quite new and I will be adding details of ‘green’ events and environmentally friendly projects in the Dorset area, as well as posts about my attempts and those of my friends and people I meet, to lead greener lives.

Please post a comment about any green events and eco friendly projects in the Dorset area.

Many thanks

Good to meet Debbie. In the 80s I ran a what’s on mag in Bmouth called Coaster. Great fun – I’ll bring some copies to show you some time!
